Returns, refunds and exchanges need to be initiated within seven days of delivery of the product having been delivered to you. Please contact info@sixteentables.co.za to initiate the return process.
We permit returns and/or exchanges in the following instances:
The incorrect product has been delivered to you.
The product delivered to you is damaged or defective.
The product has the incorrect size or specifications.
Products returned must be unused and undamaged, in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we do not refund delivery fees.
Upon acceptance of your return, we will offer you a store credit for the value of the item.
We do not permit returns for sale items or gift cards.
