Delivery to main towns and city centres takes approximately 3 – 5 working days. For outlying areas, delivery takes approximately 4 – 6 working days.
All online orders are processed from Mondays to Fridays. This excludes weekends as well as public holidays.
We deliver door-to-door via our chosen courier service. A tracking number will be sent to you via email once the order is complete and has been collected by the courier, allowing you to track the progress of your parcel.
A physical address, email address and contact number are therefore required for all orders placed online.
A signature will be requested upon delivery, so we recommend providing an address where someone will be able to receive the parcel between 9 am and 5 pm. Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
